Know this, The Lord sees, hears and knows all that’s troubling or concerning you today, right now, at this very moment. In my spirit, I see a visual of me lightheartedly, free falling backwards into the arms of Jesus, while He’s standing there, lovingly smiling, waiting to catch me.
My friend, this is exactly where God wants us. Can we get to that place of trust knowing that He wants the best for us? He just wants to have that relational status with us in such a way that He knows we will trust Him with our all, our everything.
Proverbs 18:10 says,“The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.” I say to you, Ruuuunnnn….!!
Call out to Him for the help and the security you’re looking for! Give whatever it is to Him, and remember if you’ve already given it to Him, keep that visual of falling back into His arms. He’s got you my sweet sister and my dear brother. 🙂 Say that to yourself, “God’s got me”! That’s what trusting looks like for me and for you…knowing that, “God’s got me”.
Wherever I go, I want the Light of Jesus to shine and reflect so brightly through me that it leaves an atmosphere of hope, love, inspiration and the warmth of God. When I engage in conversation with anyone I meet, I want to know that I left a lasting permeating feeling of honest sincerity.
We should always be on the mission of sharing, giving and being impactful in the lives of others in some form or fashion. Whether it be through lending a listening ear, giving a warm smile, or paying someone a hearty compliment. As long as we’re doing it out of a loving spirit, and are being led and prompted by His Spirit.
Matthew 5:16 says, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” All manner of giving is for the Glory of God. Everywhere we go, we want to leave the feeling that one has been in or experienced the presence of Jesus.
Let your “Light” shine brightly today! Leave an impact that will last, all while remembering it’s all for the Glory of God.
I’m so glad I know who I am in Christ! When you know who you are in Him, there’s NOTHING anybody can say or do to shake you or cause you to question yourself. Why? Because your confidence and identity is established in Him, not man. When you’re settled, solid and situated in Him, you don’t have time for pettiness or distractions sent by the enemy. You’re positioned in God in such a way that your very presence should make the enemy flee! Not because of you, in and of yourself, but because of “Who” lives in you. See the enemy doesn’t like the God in you, and you have to know who it is you’re fighting. Sometimes we just have to laugh in the face of the enemy. Let him know “he got the wrong one”. Let him know that “it’s Christ in you, the hope of Glory” (Col. 1:27).
Thank you Lord that I’m sound and secure in You. Thank You God, that all I need is found in You. My identity, my help, my strength, my hope, my peace…is in You.
Know who you are in Christ today, and know that His opinion of you is enough for you to hold your head high and walk boldly as a child of the most high God!
Love ya! 🙂
